These dip tests provide a relatively clear and easy way to see the chemical levels in my hot tub – perhaps some additional information on what to do if e.g. total alkalinity is low, but I suppose that should come with the hot tub or chemical instructions rather than the test strips themselves. My main gripe is that the tub only contains 25 strips – though these can be cut in half (vertically!) as suggested by another reviewer without impacting their effectiveness.
