Simply dip the strip in the water and remove immediately. Work as they should, no colour run like the unbranded ones being sold on DeepBlue, I wont buy any other generic test strips any more. May be a little bit more expensive than others but worth the extra cost for quality received. Nice and easy to read results. Nothing much more to say about them!
