Also known as acidum salis, muriatic acid, and spirits of salt, Brick acid has a wide range of uses including descaling, metal refining and in swimming pools.

Brick acid is a solution of hydrogen chloride (HCl) in water, that is a highly corrosive, strong mineral acid with many industrial uses.

This concentrated Brick acid 32% inhibited is a great for descaling. It’s the ideal descaler for descaling pipes, pressure washers etc. And its also perfect for removing brake dust from wheels.

Other uses include:

  • Gold Recovery and refining (when mixed with Nitric Acid)
  • Pickling of steel (remove rust)
  • Production of organic compounds
  • Production of inorganic compounds
  • pH Control and neutralization.
  • Regeneration of Ion Exchangers
  • Leather processing
  • Purification of common salt
  • Household Cleaning

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
